The Cribs

Alternative Ulster, the magazine that prints these reviews gave the Cribs their "Album Of The Month" reward, together with a five star rating. Jonny was evervescent in his praise of their Warner Bros debut, MEN'S NEEDS, WOMEN'S NEEDS, WHATEVER, scheduled for domestic release July 17. The production by Alex Kapronos of Franz Ferdinand seems to have given the album the sprinkle of gold dust. Anyway, you can hear the Yorkshire rockers on their first single:
